You really picked a weird time to post this. I just got around to watching "Evangelion 2.22" last night (It's amazing, by the way) and really had the need to write some fanfiction myself. So I long onto my e-mail today just to see that my favorite EVA fan-writer has, out of the blue, posted something new. This is really good, naturally. I like the style, how it reads like a fanzine from the middle nineties. The premise is really original and, personally, I can imagine an entire story being built around the fictional history of creating a fictional show. Talk about being meta. It's being a while since I've read any of your earlier stuff. (Really need to reread some of it) But I can tell your writing style has matured. This reads like a published story, effortless. Once again, you continued to be better then MediaMiner deserves. Thanks for the surprise, and I hope to read more again soon! |
