I do like that they threw Kouga a bone at the end of the anime showing him getting married to Ayame, since she doesn't exist in the manga and there was no further mention of Kouga after he took off right after Kikyou's death. At least in the animated version you know he got a happy ending, and considering Ayame's personality, I bet your vision of what happened after the kiss was just about spot on, LOL. Nice job!
