I like that it turned out she had sensed his presence after all, and she'd just let it go after realizing that if she couldn't spot him, while looking for him, that it was highly unlikely that anybody else would spot him, either. Of course, if he's focused fully on her then there could be somebody somewhere that sees him without him knowing it, like somebody inside one of the tall buildings across the street from the one he's on, but eh...minor technicality. We'll just assume that nobody noticed him at all, 'cause Inuyasha's a master of keeping out of sight after having grown up in the Feudal era where he was the prey until he got strong enough to fight back. I especially loved that he recognized those guys as bandits and knocked them out beforehand, rather than keeping an eye on them to see what would happen and then they would have rushed Kagome and her friends and he would have charged to the rescue of course but that would have outted him to her friends. He didn't even think about that, just wanting to get them taken care of in advance to not even give them the slightest opportunity to harm Kagome. Nice job! |
