Even knowing in advance that Jomei would obviously be okay because he's been in your other post-manga works that take place after this one my heart was still pounding along with Inuyasha and Kagome's, because I didn't know what kind of trouble you had in store for the boy. That was a crazy close call. Maybe he would've survived the fall, being part youkai, but maybe he wouldn't have, and who would want their toddler to experience such a thing, anyway? Thank goodness Inuyasha got there just when he did. And we can't blame Kagome for not noticing Jomei wander off, 'cause again, part youkai; if he can move even half as stealthfully as his father then there's no way Kagome would've heard him. Might be time to baby-proof the doorway with some non-painful ofuda seals or something. | Reviewed By: deeds [MediaMiner Member] On: September 27, 2012 11:43 EDT Rating(s):Style of Writing: 10 of 10 Spelling & Grammar: 10 of 10 Enjoyment Factor: 10 of 10
Comment/Review: honestly, that moment when you realize your child has somehow wandered off, in a store or your own back yard. that is a terrible heart-stopping moment. it's only ever been a split second for me, but you made me feel that for kagome. great job. |
