I loved the lunch scene! Trunks being an ass is lovely! I'm digging the angst, and hoping to see more! Not every story has to be sunshine and rainbows, so don't feel nervous about it! Can't wait to see what happens next and when Trunks realizes his true feelings. Not a big fan of overly mean Vegeta, but it serves the story so I will allow it. ;)
