that's what i always thought! he keeps her at a distance so that the enemies won't use their feelings for each other against them. so kagome's fertile time is especially difficult for yasha and he has to distance himself even further. the song 'cruel to be kind' is a kind of catchy tune, now that it's stuck in my head. I love fanfics that focus on what's going on inside the characters' minds, and this is a nice one which I enjoyed quite a bit. The same author has written another fic based on the exact same idea, if I'm not mistaken, which is what led me to give a relatively low rating for originality/creativity. To sum up, this wasn't the best fic I've ever read, but it is definitely above average and worth reading! |

"B+" a bit short, yet interesting. In the show, Inuyasha just needs to... express himself. In a much gentler way than everyone's favorite pervert Miroku. |
