ha! I remember the first time I read this story, upset that you had killed Aya, leaving Yohji and Schu to mourn...and was oh so glad when I reached to the end and discovered that he wasn't dead, that Abyssinian had to die for Ran to be fully reborn. But I liked the mix of happy and sad even while re-reading it. Happy that Ran wasn't dead but still the whole undertone was melancholy, the parting of friends, of siblings...Anyway great read and hope you still write!

Gasp. Hell, you nearly gave me a heart attack. I thought you let Aya die. But noooo, you just buried him. *g* But that was soooooo kawai, sweet, heartbreaking, sigh goooood. A little sad too, but they can meet each other sometime in the future. And they are happy.
