Peter Kim, Culumon is in one scene, and displays absolutely no powers. I don't see how you even thing he has Shining Evolution still. He does not. Second, the D-Reaper didn't care about Culumon at all. It was a weak digimon that could do nothing. It only restrained Culumon when he started to help Juri. |
