Amazing work. You are a truly talented author.
There WAS a lot of Japanese, but I must disagree with manga, the Awesome One with pigtails. I feel her review was rather rude, but that's beside the point. I rather enjoy the Japanese. It's unfamiliar, so it grabs your attention. And you translated everything at the end, so we learned what they meant after the fact.
Watch out for spelling errors. Typos are bound to happen, but keep an eye out for them. ;)

On the overall, it was good. The whole idea isn't exactly my thing, but I'll give credit where credit's due: it's original, and cool. Just not my preference.
The writing style's nice. These are the kind of works that remind me that writing doesn't have to be overly descriptive to be e3njoyable; a consistent smooth flow is a great substitute.

Awesome work. Personally, I don't mind the Japanese (as I mentioned before), and I think it's actually quite interesting. Just keep translating it at the end of each chapter, and it'll all be cool. ^_^
So... Vejiita and Mendoa hate each other, do they? And they've learned that they will be mates when they're eighteen. Although it DID happen a little fast, I trust it'll all work out. This is YOU we're talking about... you can make anything work ^^;

Please drop the Japanese add-ins. You're writing an English story. No one should have to have a dictionary by their side to read a story. I live in Japan, so I didn't have many problems with the add-ins, but they really interrupt the flow of your writing.

ANOTHER fic!?!?! You have WAY too many ideas! ^_^
Though it was short, and not much happened, it was an excellent chapter nonetheless. There WAS quite a bit of Japanese, but you translated every word at the end, so it's all good. ^_^
I'm really interested to see where this goes. I haven't read a fic about Veggie's parents before.
As always, your summaries and titles are amazing. They suck you in, but give nothing away. ^^
