I've just finished reading both 'Dragon Master' and this, and I must say I'm impressed. Not only is it incredibly hard to find a good fanfiction writer, but it is even harder to find one with original ideas, good spelling and grammar (though occasionally a word is missing, I've noticed), round, dynamic characters, excellent descriptions of both setting and character's emotions, and plot twists and side-plots that easily accomplish gaining the reader's attention and enjoyment. Myself, I am a writer (though it will be some time before I am confident enough to post a story without fear I will abandon it) and I like the way you have managed to make this series into an extraordinary adventure -things that aren't expected constantly pop up, you actually bother to go into some detail about travels most authors (thus, incapable authors) would simply skip, while at the same time providing ample amounts of foreshadowing, mental struggles, and indecision. Altogether, your style of writing is very capable of allowing you to write a book that would be published, giving the characters a sort of intimacy that one would otherwise only gain by by being another characeter in said fiction -truly, you devote your time and talents to create a piece of literature I feel should be placed among the greatest written. Your ability to subtly change the theme of the story -from mystery to action to adventure to anything else- while still keeping the reader excited and eager to continue reading is truly an underline of even greater literary prowess to come. I apoligize for this somewhat meager review (I can't seem to be able to find anything to be a critic about right now) but I hope to see more of your writing! ~Deluxe489
