*sniffles* Bulma may not mind the age thing, but I'm wondering if it might (eventually) bother Vegeta. And I can't blame them both for having issues over money/looks and the opposite sex. We all do at one time or another.
It's refreshing to read of Bulma and Vegeta (two of the best looking/most passionate characters ever) having... confidence/trust issues. It adds a level of humanity that is lacking in some other fanfiction author's portrayal of them and all characters in general. You did it quite well. ^_^ (Just got done watching "Spy Game" and was amazed at how character driven it was)
*shakes head* The headmisstress is... well, you said it best. No tact what-so-ever... Slut!! (Here, I have no tact... ;)
A 23year old Vegeta at a dance club? Strobe lights, pulsating music beats, and a hot/sweaty/muscular/sexy Veg?!?! *drools* DAMN, sometimes I wish I were Bulma...
Although, I have a bad feeling about them going to the club together. *blinks* Not that they shouldn't, but I got an ominous-type feeling when I read that. *shrugs* Mainly, I don't want a classmate of Bulma's to see them and squeal to the tactless headmisstress. (I can't stand her already)
*blinks more* I guess I'm wondering what they're going to say to each other when it's time for school to start up. I mean, they're SO close, but they haven't said what they DO for a living or anything. *shrugs* I guess it could have slipped their minds, but eventually it will come up... or they'll just forget and the other shoe will drop when she walks into his class!
*takes a few deep breaths and lets them out slowly, repeatedly* Sorry, I didn't mean to get all preachy/moody there. I'm just.... moody, I guess.

No, I didn't find this chapter useless. While they are now growing VERY comfortable with each other, you convey both of their (dare I say it this way) fears about their growing feelings.
*lol* I hate writing those awkward first (second, third, etc) kisses too. It's damn near painful. -_- Then again, it's probably harder for me to write any couples in "comfort." Nice job. Good to see one of us can pull it off. :) |

Aw, poor Bulma. She just feels so unloved... Honestly, I think I was mildly confused when she was just... THERE at the restaurant waiting for him and THEN he took her home. I guess I was wondering how she got there in the first place. Well, I can't wait for their next meeting-- whether it be the date on Saturday or ... school? *raises eyebrow and can't help chuckling* I must be evil... oh, and thanks for bringing up that she's 18. I feel better now. *lol*

I love this fic. Just the thought of Vegeta as MY teacher and him having the hots for ME makes me want to throw out all the morals I have left. Its not like the age difference between the two is like that big.

For some reason, when I read this fic I hear a proper english woman speaking. It must be your style-- it sounds proper to me. ^_^
Poor Bulma! *wills Veggie to go hug her* Her parents are horse flanks! (Sorry, I just watched "A Night's Tale" again and I couldn't help laughing when the guy compared the girl to horse flanks... which could also explain me "hearing" an english woman's voice narrate the story)
*blinks* Wait a moment... Bulma and Veggie's houses sound identical... *grins* Can it be true?!?!? :D (Then again, I'm probably seeing something out of nothing) *runs off to re-read the chappie* Nevermind, some of the details of their descriptions of their houses aren't the same. :( I got my hopes up-- I have a habit of doing that. -_-
Hm... I guess what Vegeta was thinking made me think. Him having a guest... so if it's not that there's a mix-up and they're sharing a house, then something will happen to have Bulma lose hers... or she'll just be staying over for some reason. (needing a place to hide out or something) *shakes head* Sorry about that, I also tend to speculate and overthink things.
