I wanted to wait until I finished reading to write a review but I just have something to say on the "salary range" mentioned in Chapter 4. I'm an L.A. girl (born and raised) and unless Kagome is planning on owning a house, 90k is a VERY nice salary! Shit, my mom doesn't even make half that and we don't live in the ghetto. On 34k, Kagome could probably find a nice little single in West Hollywood or maybe even a small loft(with some effort) Believe it or not, it's actually more expensive to rent in New York than L.A. It may be expensive to OWN in L.A. but renting is very different. That's probably why I've lived in apartments my whole life. Don't think I'm complaining or anything, I like what you have so far, I'm just sick of everyone thinking we're millionares over here. Excuse the ranting. Enjoying the story so far.

i normally dont write reviews until after i've finished thw whole story but since this is a crisis i have to say something there is no way you can take off this story its great and you should keep writting it even though there are sojme people who think you copied, i have to say this is one of the most original fics i've read and ive read a lot its also one of my favorites so you cant take it off!

Go ahead and continue the story. I've read a lot of stories with very similar themes and plots.... yours is original... even if it isn't exactly what I thought at first it is stll good.
