I think you are right to stop there. Nothing else needs to be told Even if he was under a spell he did not have to mark her as his during this. I prefer to elieve all the good on this and your story allows me to do this.

Fitting that Sesshoumaru would still be so self-centered, but still manage tenderness for Rin and Amaya.
Fitting that Kagome would ask about Inuyasha and Shippo. Fitting that Sess would either not know or keep his answers short. |

This is extremely well-thought-out. I don't think Kagome would be up and about that soon after, but the reactions of the characters to her situation...
I have to wonder what Sess is thinking -- ashamed? does he think that maybe his father was under a spell too? -- but it makes sense to leave him a mystery.
I can picture Inuyasha holding Amaya; I can even see the look on his face. This is pretty good stuff.
...but to say goodbye so quickly? No protests from either of them? Eh; I guess I'm too much of a sucker for that kind of a romance. |

This is an excellent story. It's original, which is so rare with fanfictions. I would have given you a 10 on style, but I got confused a little in the first chapter. Keep up the good work! |
