I wish for you to never stop writing GW fanfiction. You're definitely one of the greatest writers in the fandom. Thanks so much for writing this. I enjoyed this story immensely. :)

"From the structure to the plot, to this end, I was concerned always with sharing the idea that music is something outside of our concepts of `right' and `wrong'; that it transcends all boundaries." - You have succeeded. I am honored to have had the chance to be able to read such work. To see such dedication to a task. To see the overall commitment to a single thing and see it take shape. Such a shape it was. I was moved and awed and totally taken with all every aspect. Every character a joy. The theme inspiring. In fact words fail to describe just how much this piece moved me. So I'll just say thank you for sharing it with the world thereby giving me a chance to read it.

This was such a lovely fic. It had heart, which many stories seem to be lacking these days. I especially liked your more poetic turns of phrase that I generally saw at the beginnings and endings of the later chapters. As you pointed out, after awhile it seems as though everything has been done; there are no new areas to explore. I was feeling this way about Gundam Wing fanfiction when I came across your story and you proved me wrong. A truly wonderful work. Thank you for gifting us with it.

I can honestly say that I have never read a GW fic that captured my attention as much as VIVA did. Throughout the whole story I pretty much sat staring at my moniter, enchanted with both the writing style and the beauty of the music described. The spelling and grammar was nearly flawless as far as I could tell; only several spelling mistakes come to mind and I believe there is no other GW fic which studies music as indepthly. Sure, there are stories in which Duo goes to some choir camp, meets Heero and they fall in love, but those weren't about the music. Not like VIVA was. I know some people probably wanted a romantic and sappy ending, but that wouldn't have fit with the story. In my opinion, the ending was beautifully orchestrated, (no pun intended,) with all the loose ties coming together. I thank the author for an amazing read and for sticking with it when others have stopped writing. ^__^

I really did like this fic a lot. I love how you gave the music a life. But, the ending just seemed rushed... you didn't really explain why some things happend or had very good character communication or some such things... I am aware that is was about the music, but you started out really strong with good character actions and it kinda died on the climax of the story, it was a great build up, then it kinda died. I love the music don't get me wrong, I think it should have been continued the way you began it. Just seemed you wanted to get it over with right away so you didn't bother with anything else. I did feel the busic also, you left enough place for our own imagenary sence to guess what wen't on throughout the performance... *sighs* but overall, I would reccomend the fic to my friends and hope you continue the great work. Good luck and have fun!!!

You. So. Rock!!! Gorgeous imagery throughout the last chapter; vivid scenes and slashes of wild color. The last paragraph was wonderful - I really enjoyed this fic.

Oh my GOD, this is quite possibly the best fanfiction I have ever read. I'm going to go tell all my performing arts friends to read this. This is just amazing. I liked the ending a lot, even if we were left wondering about relationships. It felt very appropriate, since that's what my friends and I do after major performances. We just hang out and destroy these pieces that we put all this time into (btw, I'm a vocal performance gal myself). We once turned our Solo and Ensemble contest piece into a heavy metal song. I love your dialouge. Especially the scene with Trowa talking about no-hands knocking and one-hand clapping to go with four minutes and thirty-three seconds of silence (my band friends are always trying to get the teacher to let them play that piece ^___^) . And Dorothy. The way you write Dorothy is just....brilliant. I heart VIVA, and I am saving it to my bookmarks.

I love you. Well your fic anyway. I wish I could hear the music you described so wondefuly for real instead of in my mind. It would be wonderful. I play the violin and I beleive that music and art of any kind is outside the boundries of right and wrong. Its been a long time since I've read a story that the main plot isn't about bunny's and what goes on during the spring. I wish I could have seen something like that for real, it would have been awsome. *sighs* Well I'll just have to content myself with imagining it I guess. This actually makes me want to try and compose a song again for the violin, I've not done that in a while cause I think my music sucks. Keep up the great work!

O_O Oh my peeps!!! holy shit holy shit! This fic is the best thing I have read in my entire year of reading fanfiction. It was so intense! The ending was awesome. Like I was there and could feel their passion and love for the music. It didn't even bug me that this fic wasn't very romantic cause in a way it was the most most wonderfully sexy thing I have ever ever read. It made me cry for peeps sake! It wasn't even sad!! I think I was just upset that it ended. I didn't even understand half of the musical stuff in this fic and I still felt this way about it. *sniffs* You are a genius! It is an honor to have been able to read such an awesome fic. ^_^

*whimpers* oh my God, this fic was so goddamn intense... music is a controlling force in my life, though not many know it... I was sucked in to this story from the first paragraph... Not all stories need romance, this one, in my opinion has just enough hints of it to keep those people satisfied, but keeps you so wrapped up in the plot and the flow that you don't notice the lack of romance-at least I didn't. *shudders* your descriptions were fantastic, and I am both happy and sad to see this fic finished-happy because now I don't have to wait for updates, but sad because there's not more to it... is there perhaps a sequel or something possible? Anyway, I loved Viva!... keep up the good work crazykatgrrl

Meant that *I'm* the cretin, as a non-performer! Hope there was no confusion!

Amazing setting! You really know your stuff. Very vivid, great characters and interactions. Love the Duo eating for money bit, too! My only complaint, as a non-performing arts cretin, is that I'm aching for more attention on the developing relationships and snoogling.

alright,im begging again.i cant help it, this story is too amazing for me to sit here quietly while you dont update. ;D maybe if you see that there really are people (like me)who desperately want to read more of this story, you'll eventually continue. maybe? i sure hope so. truthfully, this is still the best peice of fanfiction i have come across. i love it more and more with every chapter. otherwise, id stop bugging you so much. i really do love reading this story though, and i wish you will continue someday. beautiful job. watchout though! this doesnt mean im giving up! you'll get more reviews from me with similar messages in the future! (sounds threatening, huh? well good!:) anyway, ive resorted to begging. please please. you have an amazing knowledge of music which just stand to enhance everything about this fic. i learn something new everytime i read it, and after every chapter you make me want to be able to play the violin or the cello or something. you make me enjoy classical music after everychapter! you fiend! actually, i always enjoy it. but now doubly so! i could name so many things that i love about this story:your characterizations and the flow of the whole peice are especially amazing. basically everything about this story i enjoy. so im sitting here, begging! throw me the penny! (preferably a chapter and not a penny, as that would be more useful to me..) Begging! can you tell im desperate yet?Im also running out of room to write. bye then, and please! holly
