Oh, man. This was so incredibly beautiful and poignant. You took a WAY overdone plot-thing and made it new, fresh, and interesting. I loved it, truly. I think the little bits about Inuyasha lamenting not going to the lamaze classes and watching the videos were funny, and appropriate, especially for him. I also liked the fact that you actually had him help, despite his adorable cluelessness. That was a real booster. I think this fic was great, and quite the sweet little story. Wonderful job, definitely a new favorite.~Wowzer313

WOW That was really good! That was one of the best fics I've ever read. Love the twist on the old blanket story. I've read sum of your other stuff and I want to say that you are a wonderful author and I think that you should persue a career in writing :D

I'll have another little bundle just like that here soon... *sniff* Makes the remembered pain of labor become a muffled memory in the utter joy of holding a new baby in your arms. By far, the best blanket fic I think I've ever read. Congratulations on such a wonderful ending.

The first few chapters I could read through without much thought past - Uh-huh, I remember it feeling like that. But this chapter, when Inuyasha's thought was 'carnage' ... I had to stop, laugh, and smack my leg. I was horrified when I saw what I looked like - in more places than one - after having MY first baby, and while sometimes I wish they had videotaped the birth, I'm glad ALL THE REST of the times that they DIDN'T. Yikes. Poor Kagome. Kind of gives me the chills a bit, knowing my second is scheduled to arrive in 35 days... All I can hope for is an easier birth this time around.
