Well first let me say that this was definately a sweet fic and it suggested a good grasp of the rules of the Ranmaverse. Some thoughts for your next effort though. You got the surface factors of the characters right but I think you should give more thought to the deeper levels of thier characters. Shampoo does not seem to really hate Mousse so what other things may be holding her to Ranma, for example it seems that she was cursed for failing to get Ranma the first time so what would happen if she failed again? Just try to give some thought to the history behind the chracters and you will be able to write about them better. This was a well done fic but there is room for improvement; you have potential, take advantage.

0_0; Wow. Didn't think Heartaches would be better than The Story; An Anime Tale with a Twist. Very much the same, or a little less spectacular, but not actually Better...
Eh heh, uh, well, the only black mark this time is the retelling of the near-canon pairing of Ranma Saotome and Akane Tendo. Granted, Rumiko Takahashi leaves us a bit up in the air after Book 37 of the manga and whichever episode ends the anime (Never seen an episode of the anime, but I've read the manga)....[quickly flashes the universal sign of "Don't kill me yet, I still have more to say"]but few have written it with the heart you have poured into this version.
So, all in all, congratulations on another excellent fanfiction, and good luck with your future writings. Ja ne! ^_^ |
