you’ve got good writing chops, and i think you’d hit it home with a trustworthy editor. i saw some superfluous words here and there, but let it be said: when people start commenting on that aspect, you know you’re doing right elsewhere.
my favorite part? well, it’s rather odd, but you used “whom” correctly. there’s the type of thing that gives grammarians their orgasm. heh.
