oni is ogre....Aurora Borealis has the right translations...but if you want...ne-chan is an affectionate 'sister' for the sango-kagome relationship...but i don't think u can do that w/a brother/sis one...just because they're guys...ps...love the story so far!

Big Brother is Oniisan, Big sister is Oneesan, mother is Okaasan, father Otousan,little bro is, Otoutou, little sister is Imoutou, and grandfather is ojiisan. I can't remember how to say grandma but i'm sure u don't need it...great story continue!
