Not bad, but have you heard of quation marks, it's kind of heard to read what's being said without, well for me it is. I like the idea you got going so how is Inuyasha going to live as a human, and what will Kikyo think when she see him in his human form? Just some thoughts for you to think on, in cause of writer's block.
