so glad you updated. I love all your stories. The emotional conflict in Knives is interesting; I've only seen the Anime on Cartoon Network But I think it's very interesting, especially in the later episodes, which this, to me, resembles greatly. I'm very curious to see if Vash and Meryl will end up sharing a room. Knives definiately has a lot to learn about "human" relationships, actually about relationships in general. This chapter is very good. THANKS for updating!!!

I have really enjoyed your story so far and can not wait for the next chapter to come up. The characters seem realy to the show and if you do change them at all, you give a reason that makes sense. I feel as if you put a great deal of time and thought into every sentence of the fanfic. So far there is only one thing that I find that is missing, where is Kuroneko. Sorry for say this, but it just doesn't seem right not to have him/her just showing up periodically for no reason. Otherwise great story.

I laughed out loud when Meryl realized Vash and Knives could hear her thoughts! Poor girl. I can't imagine how invasive it must feel to discover your thoughts are no longer private. Also, Knives needing to get laid is just too amusing for words. I really can't wait to see where that's going. :D

Hee...I enjoyed this chapter very much. This is a very well-written story, which as I'm sure you know, is quite a rarity around here. We readers sure appreciate them when we happen to stumble onto them. Knives does seem to be an evil genius villain! And sometimes I think he's rather Puckish as well. ^^ Wonderful job on this chapter. I hope to see more soon!

I have really enjoyed reading this story so far. It is well-written, seems well thought-out, and at the end of a chapter, leaves me wanting to read more. Good job. I did find a few grammatical errors, and some sentences that were worded awkwardly--meaning it took a couple of readings to get what you were trying to say--but they were very few, and I probably only noticed them because I am a grammar-freak, and English major. But overall, excellent story, and I look forward to reading the next chapter.
