I'm glad that we have an understanding. I really liked the Sam and Yahiko vs. Shelob sequence. I was wondering how it would turn out. It was great! I thought the part with Aoshi and the four guys was sweet, especially part where Beshimi tells Aoshi he'll never be alone. I have the new HP book (along with a free pair of plastic HP glasses) , but my brother's hogging it. ^_^;

Man i just found you story and i loved it (even though it took hrs to read) I think for the battle at the black gate you should use Shishio instead of the guy from the book(the mouth of sauron or somethin like that) that way u can give kenshin a 1v1 oponent and that way the lotr ppl can see him fight a true fight!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

A good story, although at times it seems the RK characters merely echo the lines of the LotR characters. Also, even though they are more or less godlike in skill and strength, perhaps the RK characters are a bit...overpowered? I mean, the Elves are perhaps the swiftest, wisest, and most cunning warriors there can be. Yet, they are basically made obsolete by Aoshi...a man. It's like they're basically omnipotent when compared to the rest of the cast. It just makes it kinda boring, considering they're practically invincible to anything the Enemy throws at them. Anyway, it's a good story, it's just that, at times, the LotR characters seriously pale in comparison to the RK characters. I've been reading for a long time, but I've never reviewed... Congradulations on your job and your successful fanfiction. I love everything about it. I'm a major AoshixMisao fan, so I really like the scene where Misao is saying goodbye to Aoshi when he, Gandalf, and Pippin are going to Gondor. One thing I was honestly disapointed with though, is when Aragon, Kenshin and the other people arrive at Isengard (sp?). The chapter before, I had been imagining what the scene might be like. I had imagined Misao running toward Aoshi and they hug and other fluff. That's just me though... I hope I didn't offend you. I'm actually interested if Aoshi and Misao's pairing will go anywar farther in this story... I also intrested if anything is going to happen beetween Aoshi and Denethor(sp?), since they hate each other so much. One thing that I would like to tell you that I've notice is the RuroKen's cast's odd need to explain EVERYTHING. For instance, when Aoshi is talking to Den.... Faramir's dad, he says that is from the Oniwabanshuu. Which is comepletely irrelevent, because Faramir's dad has absolutely no idea what the Oniwabanshuu is. I mean, Aoshi's a smart person (a lot smarter than Sano tends to be, at least, if RuroKen had lasted longer and there were more storylines I bet they would've argued A LOT. Even in the show they insult each other. Aoshi easily beat Sanosuke once, I don't think he's very appreciative of that). He should realize who he's talking to.Bye for now

I still love the story and happy birthday to your brother. Here's an idea you should try: when everyobody has the final battle in Mordor, put everyone in Kyoto in it too. Then when they show Aragorn being crowned, have everyone in Japan there too, trust me, it'll work. Anyway, please try my idea out... Thanks...
