Impressive! I was not very keen on the middle part, where Cassy goes into total emotion-dump mode on Sophitia. Felt too melodramatic AND exposition-heavy. But the Charade battle and death scene were excellent. This works wonderfully as a vignette that works so well with the source material that it could be seamlessly inserted into the game storyline. And for me, that is the absolute pinnacle of fanfiction.
