Oh my gosh, I love this idea! Apart from the fact that the main Aragami is apparently a giant squirrel (Janine would be freaking out right about now), you have Kusanagi and Momiji in Sengoku Jidai (are the rest of the TAC coming through later?). Kami, I can just see Kus meeting Miro-kun. That's gonna be priceless. Pervs rock (well, in anime, at least)! I hope you continue this, 'cause I'd definitely keep reading.
