Sorry to say this, but it's seNpai not seMpai. In Japanese the only consonant that can be without a vowel after it is N. Sorry if I offend, but it bothered me. I DO love your writing, though.

I really enjoyed this story--excellent depiction of all characters involved. One recurring stylistic problem--waaay too much of referring to the guys by their hair colors/styles. ^_~ E.g., "the blond," "the honey-blond," "the short-haired boy," "the dark-haired captain," etc. Even so, really enjoyed the story. Nice work. ^_^
