I LOVE THIS FANFIC!!! i love it soo much...it has to be in one of my top 5 fanfics ever! Hitome is making me upset because of the way she is treating Van and it makes me read it more!!! i luvs it! I cried in the second last chapter....i think it was 6.....i felt so bad for Van! And i like the fact the merle has that cute cat guy after her lol.......but i really hope Van and Hitome Hit it off! ---------Jen

great chapter. the two new characters seemed pretty good, i enjoyed them. as always, my favorites are van and hitomi. i was originally pretty neutral on alex, as he was someone just hitomi settled for, but now he is really getting on my nerves. although, i'm sure that is probably your intention ~_^ i love how you convey so much substance w/ the eye contact between van and hitomi. i'm sure i've said it a million times, but this is such a great story. you've really got the characters down pat. can't wait for the update and keep up the good work CvR!

So Here you are!!!!! I love this story. Please continue Can't wait. Why do they always hesitate in telling each other how they feel. Dam now Alex shows up. Oh No!@!!!! They should of haved sex when they kiss at the apartment. Don't make them hate. They need to be together.

I love it, having Alex at the parents house is just too classic and it\'s nice to see Merle with a romantic interest. As you can tell, I\'m really enjoying the continuation of the story. It makes following your story from FF.net worthwhile. Keep up the great work. It\'s nice to read a great story where the characters feel the same as they did in the series (differences for age/maturity should be expected five years later.) Oh what a cliffy to leave us at on Chapter 6. Now that was just aaahhh! I knew something like this was going to happen. I just want Hitomi and Van to work things out. They have to!!! Ok I am waiting for the next chapter and trying to be paiteint. Please updadte. Great story. I really love it.

I just discovered your fic, and I love it. I do hope you can update soon, but no pressure. I understand how easy it can be to get distracted and pulled away. Your writing has be completely pulled in. Descriptions are enthralling to the point that you end up perched on the edge of your seat just to read the next line. I eagerly await more from your creative mind. But I am a bit miffed at you for that cliffhanger. That was just mean. ;-) I almost fell off my chair I was so close to the edge. That would have really hurt! lol Keep up the great work!

this is my favorite escaflowne fanfic. i think the author does a great job of making hitomi and van believable. the characters seem just as they do in the series, but older, of course. i really love this one and hope its updated soon! p.s. the only reason i give a rating of 9 on spelling and grammar is because i notice you've mixed up "where" and "were" (i.e. "where" is only used if you are talking about a place, like "where is it?" otherwise it should be "were").
