Hmm. Let me be balanced with this. Positive: Very, very interesting vampires. I like how they have certain quirks, even though you're basing them off another media. I also enjoy the way Subaru and Seishiro interact. Concerning them, your prose is rather eloquent. I also like how Seishirou is portrayed. Negative The story flow is a little choppy towards the middle and end, but the beginning is good. Subaru is a little out of character, he's more whiny and self-pitying than his more dry, brittle, tragic character in X. However, this isn't a dramatically bad case, just a little off. Although OC's are generally unrecommended, yours would just manage not to piss me off if it weren't for the terrible cardboard characters--Kosarou is just a flat evil rapist, what's his name is..forgettable, and Megumi is pretty flat herself. I hate to put cha down, but she IS just like Integra, only kicking significantly LESS ass. (Don'tchu go there, girlfuhreeeeend.) To sum it up, continue your great character interactions and your very good conventions, and try to make your characters fuller (in the case of originals) or more on the mark (in the case of other peoples characters)

U mentioned something about an update... SOON? I wanted to ask you, do you plan on updating Lifeblood anytime soon or at all? pls do because i really REALLY loved it... Also i can't wait so see how this one will turn out. i'll check out your website too to see if you post anything there but i can't review there :)

I can fault you for nothing in this story! It's a fabulous work of art, one that kept me hooked right until I reached the last chapter. At first, I'll admit, I was a little weary of the thought of vampire-Subaru, but the idea has fast grown on me. Somehow, even though he obviously isn't nearly as innocent as I'm accustomed to him being, his personality is still as sweet and kind as ever. I think it's really rather refreshing how Subaru is trying so hard to be assertive about his feelings for Seishirou and his desire to protect the man. Your story is greatly compelling. I look forward to reading more in the near future.

Hey! Go on with this, please, this is so good. What an interesting idea, making Subaru a vampire... And he's endured this hell just to see Seishirou again... Oh my, that's so great. Can't wait for the next chapter, so please!

Hey, this is cool! Go on please (and let Sei-chan rip Kosarou's head off*gg*)! I like the way Su-chan comes more and more to his senses, meaning he starts rather- uhm, unfriendly, with Sei-chan, while in chapter 5 he is so afraid for his (future?) lover... Cute! But please, don't focus on the OCs. You haven't done so so far, and that's pretty good, for OCs are not exactly liked in fanfics, especially not by me. Yours are ok, though.
