Great job. This was so touching and fitting with Father's Day almost here. I'm still working my way through the Kenshin series, so I'm not familiar with the ending. This makes a reader want to cry for Kenshin but also for Kaoru because she'll never be #1 with the man she has loved for years. I'll have to find the poem and read it sometime. jschu25
