While I was reading this, I noticed it's very similar to the book, "I'll Be Seeing You" by Lurlene McDaniel. Is this fic going to be close to the situation in the book, or are you just getting some inspiration from it? I like your writing style and hope that it will bring a new twist to the idea from the book. :-)
