Well here is that review you demanded. Rather worthless as far as they go though. But can you really expect better when you demand something? Where is my motivation for telling you what I really thought? It doesn't hurt to be a bit more gracious. Asking nicely would probably get you more reviews. Or just letting people review if they feel the need to tell you something about your story, be it positive or negative.
