So I just left a review on the second to last chapter, thinking it was the second to last chapter...i was so immersed in the story I didn't realize there weren't any more chapters. I realize it's been 4 years since you've last updated and I assumed the story was complete, but I do NOT regret reading it. I favorited it just in case and for the rest of my life will pray that there will be an update!!! ❤ Thank you for writing this and sharing with the rest of us!

Your story is fantastic. The chemistry between not only Kagome and Inuyasha, but ALL of the characters is to die for. I love how when tension is mentioned, I feel it. When annoyance is mentioned, I feel it. That's just a testament to how utterly immersive this story is. The only, solitary problem I have with this story is that it is tagged "complete" for some reason. I make it a point to stay away from incomplete stories because I know myself. Without closure, I get into a maladaptive dreaming kick, trying to fill in the blanks myself for the next couple weeks. When I got to the end of this story, I triple checked the search criteria I used to find your story and it was indeed listed as complete. Would you mind changing this real quick? Anywho, I have your story in my favs in case anything is updated, but I will treat this like all the other amazing, unfinished stories out there like Shrine Prostitute and such and will assume it will not be finished. So many great hiatus fanfics. There should be a grave to hold those tragedies. Nevertheless, I'm still happy I came across your story. It gives me inspiration for my own. Thank you.

It's been over 6 years since I logged into Mediaminer! I have a lot of email links to story updates of Inuyasha fancfics, hoping to see the conclusion of stories that I have followed for years, coming on to decades??. This is one of those stories. I wanted to drop in and send a word of encouragement to you - you last said you were close to the end, and I cheer you on to finish this lovely arc. I also hope that you have been able to utilize your art degree to do what you wish to with it.

Fantastic job! I am so glad you're continuing the fiction! I love this story; always have and always will. The characters are unique and yet familiar.I love the set up of Inu and Kagome; seriously star crossed lovers. Also, after rereading this, I have a new respect for Kagome and her path to fame, and the choices she made. I'm happy you're moving this fiction along: as a writer who has also struggled for the better part of this last decade to finish an Inu fic, I appreciate the dedication you have to your characters and plot. Keep up the great work! We'll be eagerly, and patiently, waiting. Congrats on finishing school! Also, sorry if this spams a thousand times, mm.org is giving me trouble reviewing.

I was so happy to see another chapter pop up! It wasn't too long ago that I went back and reread from the beginning, hoping that it would be continued. At least they are back together again (sort of) and maybe they'll be able to get their act together. As always, enjoyed the chapter including the tears and tension - and Sesshomaru almost seemed to have a sense of humor. Congrats on graduating art school and hope you are very successful - As always I look forward to more and Best of luck in the world of art.

I believe I started reading this waaay back when you first started writing it. I fell off the fanfic wagon years ago, but just jumped back on this year. I'm so glad I stumbled across this fic again! This is such a well-written fic! It's a great story, and I love how you've mixed in real life places and events and musicians! And you actually do research into what you're writing! Alright, at some point I'm going to stop gushing over this story, but I really, truly hope you can finish it. If art doesn't work out for you, I think you'd have a lovely career in writing. Ugh, such a good story. I'm gonna remake a MM account so I can follow it. I really wish I could go to Japan. Any hoo, greetings from Boston, MA!

I love this story!!! I had to read it again because it's been awhile and I'm glad that I did. I was wondering if Kikyo was going to make an appearance in the story or not. Can't wait for the next update!

So happy you're alive and well! and thrilled that your dream came true to go to art school and you're getting close to finishing your degree. And I'm very glad you found time to work on this again. That said, that was a LOT packed into one chapter! And one hell of a cliffhanger! So much went on in this that I don't even know where to begin but have to love the way Sango took the bull by the horns to take care of the problem. Yuka thinks she got what she wants but probably isn't going to turn out like she hopes. And then Kagome by sheer accident ends up where she needs to be. Can't wait for more!

Please please update soon. I love this story so much. It's so much more interesting and different than all the other stories out there. I really want to know how they'll get revenge on hojo. It would be awesome if you could update. I also really want to know how inuyasha and kagome's problems will get resolved later. It was so emotional, I really felt for them. I also really like Kagome and hideto's brother and sister relationship. Its so cute, they really do care about each other. Again please update.

This is by far my favorite piece of fanfiction I've come across recently!!! I am truly a HUGE fan of your writing! The way you've built up the relationship between Kagome and Inuyasha was brilliant. I think everything you've written up until the two of them finally got together was IMPERATIVE in portraying just how deep their feelings are for one another. Even though I strongly disliked Kagome with Hojo, I really appreciated the way you showed your audience that the characters as well as their relationships with the people around them are multidimensional. You didn't make Hojo seem like a boring simpleton with no personality. Instead you've allowed your audience to feel something for the poor guy, even if its just pity (at how cowardly he's behaving!!). He seems like a good-hearted person but the two of them just don't manage to click the way she and Inuyasha do. I also enjoyed how yOu unveiled bits and pieces of inuyasha and Kagome's relationship over the span of the story in an almost torturous manner. Tidbits such as the hair brushing, the way Inuyasha wanted to hang out after his breakup, KFC during Christmas (and the mistletoe!), the light flirting and massages just made their union all the more satisfying when it eventually came. I loved the addition of the character Hideto. He just adds so much more to Kagome's background as a musician and you know you're doing something well when your writing enables us, the audience, to feel the little hint of jealousy that Inuyasha (and Hojo) must feel about Hideto and Kagome's relationship. I also wanted to add that I, even knowing little about Japanese culture, still appreciate how much you stick to many of the aspects of Japanese culture the way you do. Please continue when you can!!! Ive also been writing fanfiction for a LONG time and I know how crazy hectic life can be, especially when you're no longer in high school and free time becomes an absolute treasure. Family, work, and life in general is a top priority! But please write more of this gem when that highly sought out free time presents itself!

It's always great to see another update from you! I reread the last few chapters too first of course. Love this story, love that you're still writing it and loved this chapter. I'm glad Kagome isn't going all 'Bella Swan' about Inuyasha still being gone. Hopefully he comes to his senses soon. I loved all your cultural notes as well and the detail you put into making this authentic. It feels like a true Japanese story. I'm definitely going to keep up with your tumblr for more of your lovely art too. Hope things are well for you as always! - Laurell
