I can't tell you how much I've been enjoying this, and that's saying something considering I don't read that many AUs. Hojo is just - perfect - always thinking he knows best and acting impulsively without taking anyone else into consideration. I was so glad when Kagome finally realized she'd had enough, and that she really didn't love him any more (if she ever truly did). InuYasha is great - gruff and rude but still caring and very protective of the girl in his charge. Miroku is still his hentai self - though intelligent and good at his job, and Sango is well-suited in her role as Kagome's assistant and friend. I did feel sorry for both Kagome and InuYasha there for a bit - she was so confused, and made him so in the process. At least they're finally sort of working things out, even if InuYasha is worried he'll hold her back - so typical of his character. Really good work, and I look forward to your next update. BTW, your art is fabulous, too!

I'm glad that you were finally able to update. I was excited when I saw. This was a great chapter. Hojou really messed up things and it seems things are going to get worse. I can't wait to see what happens next. I hope they'll be able to fix both problems. Until the next update, good luck.

Im so sad I could cry...it is now (checking date) December 30, 2007 at 6:28a.m. in the morning... I went into work at 2:30p.m. this evening and did not get off till 12am and did not get home until 1:30a.m. I have sat up ALL night reading the rest of this fic because it is so DAMNED good... only to realize the last time you've updated this fic was in November...!!!! Do you know how sad I am?? I haven't even been to sleep tonight because I wanted to read the rest of your fic, only for it to stop at the exact part....that I have been waiting for since it began. And now I sit here at 6:32a.m. with burning eyes (I'm not sure if it from looking at the screen for so long or from my lack of sleep) but I HAVE to be to work by 10:45a.m. to work a double shift...which means that I will not get off of work until about 10pm...*sigh*...imagine my agony...PLEASE HURRY AND UPDATE!!!!

woohoo, chapter compleatous. Great job with the teasing, from the start and at the finish. I hope your schedule allows for another update sooner reather then later. But as always I'll be back to read more no matter how long it takes.

I've gotta say it. Finally. It was about time she broke up with that pretentious loser! I can definitely see where it would be a difficult thing to accomplish when you're famous, though. Yikes! I wonder if the next chapter will describe the fallout, or if anybody will even have made a statement about it by then. It would seem kind of sudden if Hojo announced they were engaged one night and it came out that they had broken up the next day! I also wonder if Hojo will be a jerk about it. My gut says no, I may not like him very much but he has honor, however misguided--but stranger things have happened, and he does have a lot of dirt that could make life difficult for Kagome. God, I'd hate to see that happen! But I'm excited to see how her and Inuyasha's relationship develops! Man, when he said "Let's fix that," I got all fluttery! Hope to hear from you again soon!

great chapter, and man, what revelations!! I am so happy that Kagome finally ditched Hojo. to call her a fuckdoll. man, i wanted to hit him! ugh!! i can't believe that it's been almost three years that you've been writing this. for the record, this is the only story i've followed that long. it's great and i love it. your insight on Japanese culture is amazing, and honestly i feel like i'm there everytime i read. I hope you update soon, but I so understand the busy life getting in the way. it's grand. keep up the good work and lady, keep inuyasha sexy, you do wonderful with that.

I'm so glad that you updated this story. I loved this chapter just like I loved the other chapters. I'm glad those two finally broke up. I have a question. Are you going to put in some more flashbacks that show things that happened in the past because I love those. I would like to see some of the things that happened in the past to get Kag and Inu to the point they are now. Overall I really enjoyed this chapter and i can't wait for the next chapter. until the next update, good luck.
