Youko's character? I think of him as conceited... not thinking he's entirely invinsible, but he's probably assured of that subconsciously... especially before he was killed by a bounty hunter, so... Yeah. With his looks and attitudes, he should act more... arrogant I guess. Remember, he is a thief... but I'm wondering if perhaps your going to have him just take Shippo and wander off, or if your going to have him start a precarious plan to make Kagome eat her own words. Who knows? He does... but he's just arrogant, so he doesn't count. Your welcome! I can't really say 'great chapter' bacasue it seemed to be a little slow, perhaps you need a bit more action... I'm not really sure though.

great chapter only you discription of the battle was kinda weak but you can improve it by adding more discription of each persons battle.

I dunno 'bout everyone else, but I found chapter 3 quite amusing. :D Okay... don't worry, I'm not insane. This chapter seemed a little rushed, but it was good. Go Kuronue! Other than that, I would like to point out a spelling error in your disclaimer. Sorry to sound persnickety, but it's 'YuYu Hakusho' not 'YuYu Hakushow'...
