Well, it's nice to see Aribeth live - has the plot bunnies on my end of things starting to perk up (which isn't necessarily a good thing... but at least they are doing something now).

Heh, nice developments. WaterDeep seems to be in need of heroes, but it looks like they'll get a dragon-half and her lovely elven slave. Good Benali bit, some minor grammar and spelling errors, can't wait for Chapter 4. But you already know that. Keep it up, B.

bsmart, It seems there is more to Mala making Aribeth her thrall after all. ;) Bonus points for bath-time. Only suggestion I can make is to describe the ladies' body features just a bit more. But I know you're probably saving that for later on. Looking forward to chapter 3.

This is quite good and it covers enough of the back story to make it comprehensable but you may wish to cover it in more depth though I do think any way you expand it would be good
