Honestly, my opinion hinges upon whether or not you incorporate in the scene during the battle with the Seal of Oricalos where Yugi gives up his soul instead of leeting Yami's soul be taken. If you are going to incorporate that scene then I would vote for this story, simply because i am desperately searching for a fiction that deals with the consequences of this action both on Yugi, Yami and their relationship with each other.
