I loved it. For one because there's just not enough of this pairing, and for the other because it was well written and fun to read. Yay you.

Well written: perfectly structured; mature, smooth and level language. Yukari making promises "to be friend always" is a small mischaracterization, because she cannot even remember what her students did a year ago for a culture festival. At any rate, Nyamo putting any stock in it certainly is, she's way more intelligent than that. But on the whole, the extension is formally consistent with the source. The overall idea didn't grab me personally.
