The stark descriptions of surroundings and emotions are facinating. Kagome's longing for home and her heartache over InuYasha's death had a rawness to it. Very nicely done. Your two villians, Hitsumaru & Tsusimaru are completely dispicable...as they should be. And was that...could it be...a little fond regard in Sess' eyes before the mask slid back into place? Yes, it looks like the Spring is on its way. LoL -- Great chapter.

Reviewed By: Mystic Hanyou [MediaMiner Member] On: March 21, 2005 14:23 CST Comment/Review: Well that was unexpected. Who would have thought that others had left the message. So when will Sesshoumaru let his stoic facade down. I just know it is all an act. No one as cold as he acts would jump to her rescue just because she called his name. Course I wonder if he just did that because she now belongs to him. You know the whole dog dominance thing. Hope you update again soon, later.

Cause they are sure taking forever to get back there now that Kagome is alive. Just a question. Hope you can update soon. later.

Title: Tried to review, It wouldn't let me... Reviewed By: DarklessVasion [MediaMiner Member] On: February 10, 2005 12:46 CST Comment/Review: You probably didn't get many reviews here because you posted during a very difficult time while Mmorg changed servers. Everything went haywire! --- Your writing style has a surreal quality that is quite unique. The stark imagery and bold emotions, or lack of emotion, is riveting. I hope that Sango and Miroku remember that there is more to life than revenge. -- Sesshoumaru, with his imitation of a walking glacier and his low opinion of humans, contradicts himself with his constant care of Rin. Kagome is completely devastated over InuYasha's death (who can blame her?) She may have found some backbone upon witnessing Kikyou's death, maybe remembering how the misfortunate Miko never backed down from anyone, and she is trying to keep up with the enigmatic TaiYoukai even though she doesn't know his plans. How can Sesshoumaru's indifferance ever compare to InuYasha's passion? How can this Youkai Lord's contempt for humans measure up to the brash Hanyou's selflessness in sacrificing his own safety to protect others, even people he didn't know? -- IMO, unless the mighty Sess thaws a little, the most he will recieve from Kagome is her respect. I'm surprised she's not trying to find some way to the well...to the loving arms of her family...away from all the grief. --- Great chapter.
