At times I found little along the lines of description of setting and objects. There were a few spelling errors, but nothing serious. I myself am a good fan of Gunslinger Girl, and this fan fiction has gained my interest in Noir. The plot was fascinating to say the least, although Section One never did strike me as that seedy. They are, after all, the real detectives finding marks for Section Two. Other motives in their ranks would have already affected the Fratellos. Not only that, but they have no real hope of creating a Noir of any of the girls while each one is loyal expressly to their "brother," each of whom work for Section Two. Also, the use of actual numbers in prose is frowned upon in my case.

I just got into reading Anime Fan Fiction not too long ago and I also don't write many reviews, but when I read a story I enjoy, I like to give feedback. I really enjoyed your story, especially since Noir is one of my fav anime and I liked Gunslinger Girl, although the DVD ending REALLY fell short, when they could have done so much more with it. You have good writing structure and I liked the creativity that you put into the story. The only issue that I had with it is that the characters in your story from both Noir and Gunslinger Girl did not get to work together on some assignment, with "Guiseppe" calling Noir on that favor, you know what I mean? I know that Noir kinda helped the Social Welfare Agency in some of your action sequences, but I would have liked them working together where they both had mutual acknowledgement. Maybe there could be a follow-up story? I really do hope so. Anyway, I hope to see more of your Noir and/or Gunslinger Girl anime fan fiction in the near future. I don't know if you are or have watched "Madlax" or "Burst Angel", but it would be cool to see stories using those characters, either in a cross over or solo. Thank you!
