I think Kouga gave up on Kagome way earlier than usual. Even if he's starting to be interested in Ayama as a mate rather than Kagome, I think he'd still be ticked off about Inuyasha's attention for her, especially because he is a hanyou. But doing so means that you eleminate this 'plot string' almost immeditaly and give space to something else to happen. That's ok, it's your story after all and Kagome never actually gave Kouga that she was interested with him in that way, so all in all, it all fits. I just hope that Kouga wouldn't be dropped because of this though, 'cause he's a good character on the whole. Thank you for this story, and take care.

I can't wait to see what will happen next, even if you will not update this story as much as your more well-known story. Both are good, but I slightly prefare this one (so many wolves at once in a Inuyasha fanfic! That's quite rare!). When you have some time to continue and complete this with new chapters, please do! I definatly like your fanfic! Thank you for such a well-developed story! (& I can't wait to see how will Inuyasha manage to make Kagome his without trouble-suuure-! Things are quite different than usual here...here there are poltics involved too!)

Woah. *stares at the other reviews* I guess they really want you to update, huh? Not that I'm going to blame them, of course. ^^ I'm really entranced by this fic - I like how you've made them all members of a wolf pac. And what's this Sesshomaru mentioned about a Spring Festival in one the chapters? I know you haven't updated since last March, but you mentioned that you've already got the next chapter handwritten, and I'd love to see it up. In any case... You've got some amazing talent; and I hope to see the next chapter soon!

I definitely like this story. Youkai society, politics, intrigue, and trouble from those pesky humans. Very fun. And a strong, somewhat animalistic Kagome. Hot. I'm curious, does Kagome also have the power to choose mates for her pack? I suppose the way she is it's not a power she'd normally use, but it's an ammusing thought that she might command Miroku and Sango to mate because they just won't do it on their own (assuming the traditional dynamic of Sango being too stubborn and Miroku too dense for their relationship to progress). About Tsuki Shikon meaning "Moon Jewel", I thought Shikon was the "Four Souls" part of Shikon no Tama, and Tama meant "jewel". Actually, the use of Japanese is a bit strange, since the currency would indicate this doesn't take place in Japan. I guess it could be an alternate Japan, but silver thistles sounds like something from a completely alternate world. Or a flower.
