A part of me wonders just how or why this trend started. Regardless, you've aided in proving it's still alive and well. When you don't understand Japanese, it's better err on the side of caution and not use Japanese beyond names and perhaps a suffix or two. For your most glaring error, Koorime means ice MAIDEN. It's a gender specific term, and no, there is no "but sometimes it can be male" to this one. It is always MAIDEN. I also have no idea why you feel the urge to slide in "onna," or "daijoubu," or "baka" either. Aside from the obvious need to prove you're cool enough to use common Fangirlese. As for Toushin, it's a term that -depending on the kanji being used- can mean anything from body proportions, to investment trusts, to suicide by jumping in a river, to sword blade. I don't know who told you this means War God. If you just picked this up on your own from names given in an anime you've seen or you were told by a friend, I don't know. It doesn't mean what you think it means. If you really must try to say "God of War" go with something like Hachiman or Marishiten. Or why not just do the logical thing and say "God of War?" Can't go wrong with good old fashion English when it's obviously your native tongue. Although you might still, but I'll reserve judgment until you actually use it. Please, for those of us who know more than what we find in a manga or a dictionary, stick to a language you know. There's only so much we can be amused before it just hurts.

Simply amazing. I was getting so angry with myself because i couldn't read any faster than i was. I really thought we were going to get a confrontation this chapter, but i guess with kagome i the condition she's in, i wouldn't have lasted long. kagome: what are you youkai doing he- *faints* kurama: well, that was rather dissapointing hiei: hn Anyway, you have no idea how glad i was to read what you had written in your a/n. I can't stand it when authors write an uber-kagome who could destroy the entire spirit squad with the power stored in her little finger nail! Well, i have to get going, or i'd leave some more feedback. next chapter i guess! ja!

this is a pretty good plot you have going here, but how are you going to have kagome a "guardian" of a barrier if she really doesnt know how to fight and is already defended by the spirit detectives? oh, by the way, to get to the url for the fanfictions on that yahoo site, you have to have a yahoo ID. you might want to set up a site that is available to everyone instead of making people join yahoo to read a fanfiction to satisfy their hentai minds...... oh, and UPDATE!!

I love Kagome/Hiei pairings... but this so very much has the feel of a Kagome/Kurama. On the other hand, that might be the reason not to make that pairing, I guess. ...regardless, I'll look forward to reading more.

I saw the corrections... that little bit made more sense... and was really cool. I love how you actually work things like descriptive phases into the story, as they should be, as opposed to all the people who just stop everything and give you an inch-by-inch description of everyone's clothing and makeup, completely breaking the flow of the story. Yours was perfect. I eagerly look forward to chapter 4!

Wonderful chapter; highly original and I really love how you portrayed Inu-Taisho and Midoriko. And the grove was a nice touch. ...I hope Keiko didn't biff him with a frying pan thirteen minutes before the wedding!
