DUDE! Just.... DUDE! Okay. Now that I've done my surfer impression, that really was my first reaction to this. I don't generally care for songfics, but this impressed the heck out of me. (And depressed the heck out of me - I hope it has a happy conclusion, in the wings!) Linkin Park + Rayearth is not something I'd have pegged as possible, but you did a bang-up job of blending the two. Very emotionally charged! Kudos to you.
