Hey, just encouraging you to keep up with this story! I think you should leave the story the way it is and not bring back her family. It adds a little bit of a twist to the plot.

i liked it a lot. You have some good ideas in there. However, i would recommend proofreading, or getting a beta, so you can catch some spelling and grammar stuff. And things that don't make sense. Otherwise, its really good. Keep going! (this isn't a flame, its just something I noticed)
