I seem to have noticed that you haven't updated in two years. I really hope you do - it is so good. It just seems so realistic, like something that is a possible ending. Though... it seemed you rushed the killing of Naraku. But I don't blame you for that, not really. However, I honestly hope that you will continue, soon.

I love your work! Your story seems so real! I almost cried at the end of chapter 2. I also loved the comment that Sango made to InuYasha after Kagome disappeared. As for Kagome disappearing, was that of the Shikon Jewel's work or of someone elses? Gues I'll have to find out! I am excited for more! I would like to say onething to InuYasha "It's about bloody time he figured it out!" Sorry...couldn't help myself. I hope you up date soon and I can not wait for more of your work! How often do you update? Please update soon *give the puupy-eyed look*.

UGH! you so need to update this story. my heart is thundering in my chest and i'm looking for the next chapter button...adn there isn't one. do you know what a drop from a high that is? here i am, really into this wonderful story and then...there is nothing more. damn. great story! this is so beautifully written and the characters are so perfectly designed...it's amazing! great job, keep it up and please update soon!

Have I mentioned how much I am enjoying this story? Because I am, the characters are so real I feel like I am viewing an aspect of their lives. You did the flashback scenes perfectly without yanking me out of the story by breaking the fourth wall. You do an excellent job of describing the scenes, in fact the scene when Kikyou merges with Kagome to send her back is particularly poignant. I could feel Inu Yasha's panic at Kagome's disappearance and the flashbacks interspersed in the middle of the running added a nice dimension that worked better I think because you didn't just have paragraph upon paragraph of running which would have gotten old. You did well setting off thoughts with the single quotation marks and italics and by the same token regular text & single quotes while in the flashback. Enough of the flashbacks -- but they really stood out as excellent. The story ends well and leaves me wanting more which is what it should do. I am really happy to see you revising this and posting here at Mediaminer!

I thought I'd go ahead and give this the once over, even though it is also one of the rare stories I read because I WANT to. I thought maybe I'd tell you why. In character fics are so hard to find, and you've accomplished this so far (and I've read the more complete version). I really enjoy that you understand and employ the CORRECT use of formatting for your flashback sequencing (For those who might not know, it is reverse formatting, and it is often used in published material). Kudos on this. Your story flow is becoming much smoother and much better refined. I didn't have a problem following along with your plot or reasons stated. Overall, I think this is a very strong piece of work, and though I know you wanted a 'critique', I didn't see anything that I felt mention-worthy when that would end up just being nitpicks, at best. Great job, Sari. Keep up the great work, and thanks so much for sharing your fiction with FFRG!

Thank you for submitting this to FFARG. As per your request in the submission thread, I checked for the overall flow of the story and it went rather smoothly for me. You most definitely have a knack for forcing me to feel what Inuyasha was feeling, and you surely didn't rush it in any way. You showed me how he felt without actually telling me that 'Inuyasha was sad' and that was what really impressed me. The only thing wrong I spotted was during one of the flashbacks. While it was good you had the italics to show me that it was a flashback, in one of the paragraphs, you had italics along with non-italized words with quotations. While I understood that it was a thought about the flashback, the other readers may be confused by it. Other than that insignificant setback, you have an excellent story on your hands. Thanks for submitting it to FFARG.
