A good start, though I can't suggest much. Perhaps a glimpse of life in Juuban perhaps? Or a crash landing at Kagome Higurashi's house. Or even an actual factual visit to LEO. That alone could drop him in America, and cause a whole slew of problems. That's all I have. Sincerely, Lord Aries Greymon

Can't really rate this because it was only 6 byte long. But from what I can tell, correct me if Im wront, this may turn out another "Akane says I'm sorry fic and Ranma comes a runnin'." If you want to continue with this idea and potential I/Y crossover, have him land in the well or somehow fall in. Then have him meet the ghost Kikyu? Since she not exactly the Kikyu Inu loves and he sorta love Kagome the ghost is open season. In fact you could have the ghost gain sustanence for her body by drawing on Ranma's curse form but not really taking Ranko's image. This way she won't need to consume souls to survive. I don't think Ranma will appreciate his new love feeding off souls. Have him come back witht Kikyo along with Inu and Kagome. Then have Akane or Ranma deal with his new feelings for Kikyo. To add flavor have Kikyo be an ancestor of Tendo's wife. hey she a tendo by a round about way! email me if you'd like to discuss this further. If you decide to go into the past I think that Ruruoni Kenshin would be a good choice. Another series that has few crossovers with it is Fist of the North Star, the one or two that I've read are really good. The one thing that I feel you shouldn't do is have Ranma get together with Akane. I know that some people like the character but I find that if she is what a girl is supposed to be like I'm almost ashamed to be female. The best would be if both Ranma and Ryogua return with their curses gone and new love interests. I think that the idea has a lot of possiblities as long as you don't let it fall into simply doing the same mistakes that the characters made in show only now older. |
