This story touched me in a way, that I cannot fully describe. Not with the words you used or the story you told but with the feelings you conveyed. Losing a beloved pet is never easy, and having that personal experience did lend to your story, my condolences on your loss. I know what it is like to lose someone who loves you so dearly, to whom you dedicate a part of your heart. Mine was Puck, and reading this brought tears to my eye. Thank you for sharing your pain and connecting with me.

Wow... That's all I really can say right now. You portrayed the emotioned very well;Kagome not wanting to belive that Buyo was dead, but still having to accept that fact. I'm sorry your cat died (even though it was 3 years ago).

Amazing what we take for granted, isn't it? A beloved pet, for example. Made all the difference in two characters' lives, eh? Very sweet and sentimental. Crap, now I miss my dog. Thanks for writing such a sweet piece.

I think you're a really good writer. I can picture the whole scene in my head as I read. It was so touching I had to pick up my cat and hug him.
