I'm guessing from the date that this story is not being continued? Pity because it's starting out quite good. You have a nice writing style and though you're punishing Kenshin a bit roughly, I like the way you have him rejoin the land of the living. When we're going through hellish times, it does feel like waking up sometimes when we notice the nice things around us and it's often strangers that provide what we need to go on. Is this continued on another site? I notice the low hit count, but this deserves wider distribution.
