OOOH, a cliffy! I don't know, but Ive always like this pairing, compared to pairing Sess with anyone else. I was so hoping Rin was not totally gone and it kinda stands to reason about Kane. Lets face it, Sesshomaru is everything Kane isnt. Great chapter. And you are a very talented writer. I like your OCs as well. Cant wait to see what you come with. Update when you can.

::sigh of relief:: I'm so glad to see Rin is alive, although obviously not well. What did he do to her?! What did Kane do to her? I can't believe he brought her to the reception! O_O He's a fool and Sesshy will make sure he sleeps in the bed he's made. Knowing that Rin is alive gives me hope for a happy lemony ending. :giddy w/excitement:

This is a wonderful fic. Such angst. And Sesshoumaru! Gah! So beautiful. Poor Rin. Very well written. You really draw the reader into the fic. I anxiously await your next chapter. Snowfall

That's so sad!! Why did Rin have to die? * moment of silence * Okay, well please update. Is Rin even dead? They could be holding her captive or something right? ...it's your story, I'm just reading it and complaining to you;sorry. But yeah, continue because the plot is thickening and its getting so amazingly cool!

Hooray!!! You're back!! You've outdone yourself. I didn't expect for Rin to be taken and killed??!! Whoa...its too much at one time. You described it perfectly below: 'Sesshoumaru closed his eyes at Jaken's words letting out a long breath. His heart was seizing in a sharp pain. It felt like some heavy and unmovable object was suddenly hammered to his chest. "…dead." He heard the words echo in his mind.' I was soo teary eyed!!!! Also the poor cherry blossom tree started up another round of tears. You get soo many accolades for this fic. Please don't keep us waitin for the next chapt. As I stated on DA "I'm aching for more"! @_@
