After Goten told Trunks he was gay, Trunks acted weird. Trunks comes out of the closet when Goten and Adam start dating. Trunks goes to great lengths to breaking them up, and he realizes, he might be too jealous.
After a weird experience, something even weirder happens, the start of the scar disease, and it seems Goten is infected by it first. With ChiChi and Bulma at the place where they can die any second, can Trunks and Goten push relationship problems out of they way, or will it get in the way causing them to lose focus and possibly die from the deadly Scar Disease.
