Sadly one day Goku is attacked by crooks in an alley. He is saved by a dark and mysterious trench coat wearing manga collector and expert martial artists named Vegeta, whom Goku has often seen in his drawings and dreams. But what connection does he have with Goku..?
As Goku struggles past death, crumbling friendships and all around unfortunate events, he is still trying to find out about Vegeta's dark and secret past that might even shock you.
The main couples are GokuxVegeta and GokuxBulma. Minor characters are a big part of the story as well- the surising, angsty and oddly romantic triangle between Piccolo, Marron and Kururin can often be just as engrossing as Goku, Vegeta and Bulma's hardships. The story starts out as your typical light hearted teenage romance between and girl and a guy, but it soon turns darker and filled with more problems that Goku must over come--- but will he be supported by Bulma or Vegeta in the end?
