Kagome's mother was abusive. She wasn't before it all happened. Before Kagome's father died, before they had to sell their three-story house for a two-story one, before they lost everything that had made them rich. Kagome was a cutter. Inuyasha, Sango and Miroku were her only friends. When things got out of hand with her mother, she was arrested and Kagome was sent to live with Inuyasha. Her little brother Souta was to be put in a foster home, but Inuyasha and Kagome are fighting for his custody. But while they fight for him, Kagome's mother fights for release from prison. When it happens, Souta may become the least of their problems... (Rated R for hentai later in the story.)
