And in my opinion, this was not rape, but definitely dubious consent. She technically didn't have any other choice from her POV. She did initially think that she couldn't refuse him even if she wanted to, so she vowed to do whatever he wanted. Even though she DID want it, she still felt there was no other choice in the matter. Not to mention, Inuyasha's consciousness didn't really have a choice either. His youkai made the decision for him, so I think it would be dubcon on both ends.
Just my take. Definitely not rape though.
And I am excited to see what happens next! I'm sure Inu is not gonna be happy, thinking he really did rape her.
